Computer Desktop and Laptop Repair & Maintainance
AMC is an abbreviation for the annual maintenance contract. It offers you security on all IT services such as computers, plotters, printers, laptops, etc. Under this agreement, a manufacturer or any other service provider presents you services for repair and maintenance of these devices. The duration of this contract can vary from 1 year to 3 year as per mutual consent of both the parties. You can also extend the term if you want to continue with the service.
Payment towards AMC to be made while signing the contract.
Non-comprehensive service means that only troubleshooting and minor repairs will be fixed and components are not covered under the contract. Major repairs & components purchased for repair will be charged extra.
Regular health checks will be conducted even without customers request on regular basis (once every 50 days). The same health check will be done along with the service calls (as per customers request). Overall 5 Service visits to Individual customers and 8 Visits to corporate customers.
Service calls will be attended between 9 AM and 8 PM only. Sundays will be based on availability of service engineers.

We provide ONSITE Repair & Maintenance Service for both Home and office. Our Experienced Service Engineer with expertise in Software and Hardware will visit your place and fix / resolve the issues instantly. The issues which cannot be fixed at customers location will be picked-up to our service lab for further diagnosis and repair.
Our expertise in repair and maintenance service of products are extended to all customers and with the intension of providing better service, we will collect the computer / laptop or device that requires service from your place, and return it back post diagnosis and repair.
There are several issues that does not require the physical presence of an Engineer at customers location, specifically minor software related issues. We provide Online Service through Telephone, Remote Access and Email to customers in-order to resolve the concern quickly and efficiently. This saves time and money. A nominal service charge is applicable for our expert service.
